Services and Fees
For all services I provide an initial phone consultation free of charge to talk about your needs and what I can offer to you. All services I provide are all-inclusive and affirming in regards to diversity related to ethnicity, race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, and gender identity and expression. At this time, I am only providing therapy to adults (18+).
In addition to therapy, I provide Consultation and Trainings on a variety of mental health topics to agencies or groups seeking these services. I have provided numerous trainings to groups and agencies on topics related to creating LGBTQ affirming spaces, services, relationships and environments (including to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, Austin Child Guidance Center, St. Andrew's Episcopal School, and the University of Texas School of Social Work). Please inquire with me for more information about these services and their fees.
Individual Therapy
My approach to individual therapy starts with you identifying your own personal goals and areas for change. Together we will explore and work on issues related to your identity, values, self-acceptance and self-improvement.
$175 for a 50 minute session
Couples Therapy
The everyday stress and turmoil of life can wear and tear down even the strongest couple.
If you've lost your way in your life together, we can work on rebuilding your relationship by focusing on mutual respect, empathy, communication, and compromise.
