Welcome

Maya Angelou wrote, "We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty." Indeed, life is a process of realizations and growth that is not without roadblocks and challenges. Sometimes we need an extra set of eyes to guide us through the blind spots in which we feel ill at ease and uncertain. I see my role as helping people become "unstuck" in the hardships that have encompassed them.

I am a client centered, strengths-based, and relational clinician. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy. I try to tailor my interventions to individual needs and personalities. I also strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space, and a therapeutic relationship that allows for self-realization and tangible steps towards personal goals.

In my practice I often help people with issues related to identity, relationships, and adjustments to changing life circumstances. My area of specialization is in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, particularly transgender individuals. I have over 15 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to diverse clientele.
